Senior HR Business Partner
Hays Human Resources is pleased to be working with an international marketing agency in London with significant growth plans for its UK business. The role of Senior HR Business Partner will provide leadership and partnership to managers and employees, delivering a spectrum of strategic HR support and programs aligned with the Group's 3-year strategic plan. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will partner with key business units, responsible for all their HR needs including but not limited to, employee relations, and coaching and partnering with leads for recruiting and resourcing. You will also own key projects as part of the 3 year strategic plan, providing a detail orientated, structured approach to the operational side of the HR business needs.
The successful candidate will have senior HR experience in a fast growth, acquisitive environment, and have recent experience in a consultancy / agency environment involving billable time. You'll demonstrate the ability to move quickly from strategy to planning to implementation, driving change in order to support business growth. You will be happy to be involved in both a hands on and strategic sense on a broad range of projects.
