HR Projects Business Analyst
A luxury retailer with an instantly recognisable global brand has a new vacancy at its EMEA Head Office in London. The key focus of the role will be planning, coordinating and executing HR projects across EMEA including tracking and reporting of status, risk, issues and dependencies. You'll act as the subject matter expert for key stakeholders to advise on HR considerations for any proposed project (either business led or HR led), then provide data analysis and reporting to monitor and drive progress, and as well identify and minimise risks. The successful candidate will have generalist HR experience in a fast paced, commercial environment, with experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders. You'll be comfortable in planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity; experience in change management and merger and acquisitions is advantageous.
