Compensation Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a global investment bank in their search for an executive compensation analyst to join their team.

Based in The City, this role will support the provision of compensation for the global executive function. The successful individuals responsibilities will include:

Support across all deferred compensation matters

Assist in the preparation for the Remuneration Committee

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Assisting with regulatory reporting and ensuring reward policies demonstrate best practise in terms of corporate governance

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Experience of executive compensation, compensation, share schemes, corporate secretariat or similiar

Competent in excel - vlookups and pivot tables

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Enthuisastic attitude
