HR Advisor

Ashley kate are delighted to be working with a leading business in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a permanent role to be based in Sheffield with a salary of up £32k.

This role will deliver the full range of professional HR services to the business, supporting on the application of HR policies and procedures in order to reinforce the clients effective employee relations and resourcing.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

*To provide an accurate and timely remote HR service, responding to telephone and email enquiries and supporting HR cases, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information.
*To be an effective team player who contributes to the overall success of the HR function, supporting colleagues and teams when required.
*To contribute towards the ongoing development and review of the profit centre business planning process to ensure that it continues to reflect current priorities
*To deliver HR projects as and when required.

We are looking for:

·CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained in a similar role.
·Proven background advising managers with employee relations queries.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Ability to use IT systems to deliver HR services - enquiry management, casework recording etc.
