LMA is delighted to be partnering with a growing Financial Services company who are recruiting for a strategic HR Business Partner to manage the Wealth Management client group.

This role has been created to create a greater level of engagement between the business and the people objectives. Your role will be the key connector and relationship manager for the wealth manament business , working closely with the Execs in London and overseas to create clear communication and showcase the "value add" that HR bring.

The business has aspirations to create a forward thinking and fully digitally enabled HR function, simplifying process and streamlining basic functions to enable you and the team to really engage in the big ticket, valueable HR activity.

You will also be supported by a world class centre of excellence who are able to provide deep subject matter expertise on each CEO domain, your role will essentially be to understand the business strategy and prescribe impactful HR solutions to enable the business achieve its goals and overcome and people related challenges.

If you enjoy the challenge of moving a business through a significant transformation programme and have a passion for leading multiple HR strategy project streams and are able to build relationships effectively with key stakeholders this could be a great opportunity for you.

This role will report directly into the Head of HR and will be looked at as a potential successor over the coming years, it is highly important to the client that they find somebody who is able to establish themselves as a leader quickly who also has aspirations of running a function and owning a piece of the global strategy.
