A global retail business based in Hammersmith, are currently recruiting for a HR Data Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will take ownership of the HR data, from data integrity, to reporting, and providing meaningful insights to the business. They have recently implemented Workday, and there is a blank sheet to create the reporting from scratch. Your data reporting and presentations will help the business to make key decisions, you will work closely with the wider hr, and leadership teams. You will also be involved in other key projects alongside the HR Process and Systems Lead.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong HR Data Analyst who is able to manipulate large sets of data into meaningful results. Ideally you will have Workday experience, but my client will look at candidates outside of this. You must be able to communicate results effectively with the business.
What you'll get in return
