Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally renowned organisation within the Electronics industry, based in Watford. They are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Client Details
The client are a market leading organisation within the Electronics industry. They are looking for a candidate to join their team based in Watford on a permanent basis (parking is available). Training and career progression is available, however experience working with SAP or Autocad would be advantageous, as well as prior knowledge or experience working with architectural designs.
Description
- Handle day to day customer enquiries via email and phone
- Analysis of information supplied in order to advise customers on specific project requirements
- Work closely with our internal/ external sales/ ops/ accounts and SOP teams regarding project quotations and orders
- Prepare project quotations using SAP and other external systems, AutoCad drawings and project submittals
- Create and maintain customer/ project data
Profile
- Experience within an internal Sales support Administrator/ customer service environment
- Sap/ AutoCAD knowledge would be an advantage
- Calm and composed disposition
- Able to work well independently and within a team
- Able to prioritise workload whilst multitasking
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
