Interim Graduate / Early Careers Resourcing Advisor

This role is for a Interim Early Careers / Graduate Resourcing Advisor for an accountancy firm based in the city.

Your new role

Reporting into the Senior Resourcing Advisor, the role will expose you to the entirety of the Early Careers Resourcing function. You will manage the end-to-end Early Career recruitment needs for a number Southern regional offices and be responsible for the development and implementation of a recruitment strategy which supports the hiring needs of each of your designated areas and business streams. You will work with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver quality hires into the firm, whilst ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.

Role and Responsibilities (duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to):

• Manage the end-to-end Early Careers recruitment process for your designated BUs, including managing internal relationships , training assessors, planning and running of assessment days and attending careers events
• Work closely with your Resourcing Coordinator to ensure a top quality candidate experience and vice versa for internal stakeholders
• Deliver a best practice selection and assessment process to determine the suitability of candidates in line with the firm's requirements
• Effective and proactive candidate pipeline management throughout the busy season to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and effectively

What you'll need to succeed
You will need circa 3 years experience in a graduate / early careers recruitment role, ideally from an accountancy or professional services organisation however similar industries may be considered. You must an organised person with good time management skills that is able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
