HR Operational Excellence Manager
Oakleaf Partnership have a very unique opportunity for an HR Operational Excellence Manager to join our rapidly growing global professional services client. This individual will play a key role in the success of the HR Operations function based in London, including providing support to the HR Shared Services team who provide service delivery for their UK business. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in broader EMEA initiatives. Key Responsibilities include: Review existing HR administration processes to identify opportunities to standardise, simplify and optimiseIdentification of ongoing process improvements in line with a "Lean" methodology to ensure continuous performance improvement.Process and project support to any process & technical enhancements or new roll-outs within the HR Operations function.Maintain process documentation where applicable, and develop quick reference user guides for Administrators, HR and business users.Support ongoing enhancement of Case Management tool, including testing and training support to operations teams.Support Project Managers with project governance as requiredBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with the HR Operations Team, HR Shared Service teams, and the wider HR function.Ongoing and ad-hoc project support across the EMEA region The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in an HR Shared Services team and possess the following: Experience working with a Case Management ToolGood project management skillsGood working knowledge of HR business processes essential, with "lean" process methodologies and process mapping experience desiredExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAdvanced Excel skillsResilient in a change environment Competitive salary and benefits on offer to the successful candidate.
