  • Who we’re looking forPwC is looking for a marketing manager to join our regional marketing team in the North West, focusing on the North region and collaborating with the wider marketing function.

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for engaging with local leadership and staff to position PwC in the regional market, with the aim of converting market profile into revenue. The role reports to the Head of Regions Marketing and to the Sales and Marketing Business Partner for the North West, to ensure that they are delivering against strategic and commercial priorities for the region.

    The Regional Marketing team forms part of the UK Marketing and Brand function - a large multi-disciplinary team covering all aspects of our business including Lines of Service, Industries, Regions and One Firm as well as our Marketing Centre of Excellence.

    The Marketing Manager based in the North West will be responsible for delivering, tracking and measuring integrated marketing campaigns, programmes and activities to clients located in this specific geographic area. They’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager in Yorkshire & North East to achieve ‘one North’ goals and objectives.

    Primary responsibilities include
  • Liaising with local leadership and the Sales and Marketing Business partner, to understand the local market dynamics and relationships and networks.

  • Working with Head of Regions and regions marketing team to increase collaboration and coordination in regional marketing activity.

  • Working collaboratively with the Head of Regions, Marketing Centre of Excellence and others to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

  • To plan and execute marketing activities, in the North region, with the aim of developing deeper client relationships, generating leads and building the profile of PwC in the local area.

  • Working with Communications, Community Affairs and Recruitment to integrate and position PwC holistically in the region.

  • Managing third party relationships relevant to our marketing activities.

  • Managing stakeholders across major campaigns.

  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance, using marketing automation where relevant.

  • Developing strong expertise in all aspects of Marketing Cloud and implementing best practice.

  • Reporting, data management and insights on campaign performance and strong budget management.

  • Ensuring that marketing and brand compliance policies and procedures are followed at all times.

  • Working with the local Sales Team members to increase engagement with our priority clients and private business clients through effective marketing activities.

  • The candidate will be based in Manchester, with occasional travel elsewhere
