Fyte are delighted to be working with a global pharmaceutical firm, seeking an Senior HR Business Partner. You will be highly operational but also play an instrumental role in shaping the culture within this niche client group. They are offering a competitive salary up to £80,000k.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Minimum of six years + global HR Business partnering experience
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to Line Managers on the successful execution of the HR process
- Provide Advice and Consultancy to Line Managers on People Management
- Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Recruitment
- Managing the Learning & Development needs and initiatives
- Provide implementation support to change programmes and initiatives. Giving guidance & advice on Cultural Change and Engagement initiatives
- Ensure that HR issues and consequences are managed appropriately and effectively to minimise business impact
- Contribute to HR process improvement and governance through the early identification of process challenges
- Act as an advocate for Company values at all times and ensure others act as role models within the function.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Passion in Pharmacuetical sectors or similar
- High level credibility, influencing and stakeholder management should be evident
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to deal with complex matters
