12 Month FTC HR Generalist up to £45k Pro Rata 2-3 days a week

Your new company
I have recently registered a role within the training / charity sector to commence in December. This is a small organisation based in the North East with free parking, company pension scheme and 25 days holiday + bank holidays. This role will be part time split between 2 - 3 days.

Your new role
The role has for maternity cover in a standalone HR position working alongside a management accountant. As the HR Professional, you will be responsible for supporting employees and management on HR Policies and practises following the company guidelines. You may be required to travel around the North-east.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Employee Relations
  • Absence Management
  • Employment Law
  • Manage the HR electronic systems
  • Employment Contracts

What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPD
  • Up to date knowledge on Employment Law
  • Excellent communication and written skills
