Background Vetting Administrator Investment Firm Surrey, Kingswood 12 month FTC £24,000 - £25,000 I am currently recruiting for a large international financial services firm based in Surrey. The role is multifunctional within the Background Vetting team, providing direct support to the Assistant Manager and direct UK colleagues, together with support as and when required to the wider Global team. Responsibilities: Undertaking background vetting checks as required for all new SMCR/Certified and Regulatory joinersSupporting the Assistant Manager, Senior Manager and the Global team with case managementLiaison with HR and the Business Stakeholders on specific casesAssist in gathering source data for the making of risk based decisions in cases of a contentious natureUndertake administrational work and projects Skills: Good communication skillsAbility to co-ordinate and work well under pressureKnowledge of Regulatory environmentKnowledge of Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS)Strong Microsoft Office skills
