What can we tell you about this fantastic role?

As well as rolling your sleeves up with generalist HR work, you will also be involved with a wide range of HR projects that focus on HR technology, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, inductions etc.

You will oversee the preparation of People KPI’s, monthly and quarterly Dashboard to the People Business Partners and People Director. Bring insights to the business through reporting threats, risks and opportunities.  You will also analyse and then apply results in order to help shape decisions within People and Partnering functions. Looking at the big picture to make sure key areas have been considered and providing ad hoc reports to the business as and when required.

HR System Management is an important focus of this role and you will be expected to manage and promote the HR system through maximising the use of managed service.  You will look for ways the HR system can streamline People processes across the wider HR team.

Overseeing Pay & Reward is also a part of this job. You will manage reward schemes and client relationship for benefits including health insurance, travel insurance and pension scheme.

You will check all data for payroll has been entered and assist the HR Administrator with complex queries relating to pay. Maintain relationship with payroll department implementing new ways working to support the business needs i.e. Retail.

Who are we looking for?

A strong HR generalist with experience of HR Systems and reward and payroll.

Sector experience is not important but we are looking for individuals that are comfortable working out of a corporate head office.

You will be working with bright people at head office. Because of this, you will need to be someone that is engaging and can answer people’s questions with the detail that they are after.

You will be someone that is genuinely proactive in their approach to finding solutions. Our client would like individuals that will make it their business to research different options and make suggestions on what could be done differently.

Equally important to experience is the enthusiasm, curiosity and intelligence required to make the most of this fantastic job.
