Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Big 4 consultancy company based in London recruiting for their Financial Services team. This is a permanent position within a growing team. The team have strong relationships with senior level clients offering end-to-end practical solutions from design to implementation, focussed predominantly (but not exclusively) on FTSE 100 / Financial Services companies.

The role will include:

A variety of data analysis (including creating pay benchmarking reports from raw data), financial modelling, and the drafting of papers to help companies in designing and implementing their Executive Remuneration strategy and incentive plans.

You will be expected to review similar work undertaken by more junior members of staff, and help them develop in these areas.

The role will be client facing from day one and the clients you support will be both private, and publicly listed companies.

You will work with other members of the team to prepare reports for the HR contacts and Remuneration Committee setting out the guidelines of pay and other elements of the remuneration packages such as benefits and share incentives.

You will receive support and guidance from the senior members of the team as well as professional and personal development.

The role will give you exposure to an impressive client list, an energetic, growing team with a varied workload and interesting professional challenges from day one.

Skills required include:

2-4 years of experience in the area of Executive Reward including experience in assisting with, or the development of pay benchmarking, reward or share plan design / implementation, awareness of corporate governance and shareholder views around remuneration, preparation of remuneration committee papers and remuneration reports.

Proven mathematical and analytical experience; financial modelling, quantitative analysis.

Ability to organise and manage delivery of projects and deadlines.

Enthusiastic to be involved in the development and coaching of more junior members of the team.

A professional and pro-active approach, to deliver top client service.
