Due to team expansion, our client is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join them on a full-time permanent basis. Based from home, but with occasional travel to London you will partner the SMT to provide consistent and commercially focussed solution, bringing the People agenda to life.

About you
·True HR generalist experience, within a commercial, fast paced multi-site environment. Minimum 5000 headcount
·Working in a matrix organisation in conjunction with central functions delivery partners
·The ability to develop strong and trusted relationships with key senior stakeholders to support and enable strategic business goals
·Experience in developing implementing a strategic people agenda for their business area which is aligned to the business objectives and performance
·Good influencing skills with the proven ability to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions to business problems
·The ability to work flexibly over a wide geographical area and experience of working in a multi-site/mobile capacity
·Resilience and ability to cope with ambiguity and changing demands.

About the role
·You will act as HR lead on key projects including Transformation, Trade Union relationships and negotiations and any divisional sales and integration related activity
·You will deliver a Business Partnering service to the SMT, whilst acting as a trusted partner, coach and mentor for senior managers on people issues.
·You will be able to demonstrate a commercial approach and understanding with a high-level financial acumen to identify any key financial challenges.
·Work in collaboration with the Performance Development, Reward, Resourcing and HR systems and process functions to implement any divisional or group wide initiatives and frameworks
·Advise and coach People Managers on employee relation cases, and where appropriate manage escalated cases, including management of Employment Tribunals, representing on behalf of the Company as appropriate.
·Manage employee engagement, sustainability and performance management activities using globally agreed frameworks, tools and processes.
