Job Details
Do you come from a legal background and have a passion for HR?
Our Southampton based client is currently seeking an HR Administrator to join their busy HR team.
You will be providing Administrative support to the HR team and the firm focussing on HR processes and Learning & Development.
What you will be doing:
· Managing the on boarding process including checking all new starter documentation
· Monitoring probation for new staff and conduction one month reviews
· Updating the HR System (MyTime) with sicknesses, holidays and training
· Dealing with the HR inboxes and answering queries
· Coordinating meetings for the team
· Raising and approving invoices
· Managing training registrations
· Handling training documentation for employees
· Ad hoc administration work
What you need to have:
· Experience working as an administrator, preferably in HR
· Fantastic organisational skills
· Excellent MS office skills, with a sound working knowledge of Excel
What you’ll be good at:
· Working within a team
· Thriving in a busy and ever changing environment
· Communicating with people at all levels
