Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

You'll be a part of the graduate recruitment team as well as the wider development team who work closely together when they find the best new starters.
The team target the best and the brightest who will benefit the business as a whole but also benefit the wider population as they want people who align with the mission of the firm. You'll need to have the ability to communicate news about the legal industry and issues that surround the legal field. You'll need to show strong administration skills as you'll be using Microsoft Office to organise a range of events that relate to new graduates (events such as workshops) and getting the word out in order to attract the best candidates to the events. You'll be working to develop and deliver the graduate marketing strategy for annual recruitment campaign so some experience with social media is a plus in their book.
You'll be processing applications from a range of areas for the UK and from the US, which also means that you have to keep up to date on the rules and regulations in both jurisdictions. Being a part of this office means that working together is key, and you'll need to also perform tasks outside the areas you first thought but it's a collaborative team so other members will be helping you move forward as well. The role is permanent, full time and is based in London based ultra-modern office. If you have worked in a legal recruitment department previously, this will give you the edge that you will need.
