***URGENT ROLE*** This leading business based in Swindon seeks a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract to assist during a period of increased workload.

 

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will assist in the provision of recruitment and HR admin to a busy and talented function, exposing you to Generalist employee support; employee relations, new starter onboarding, payroll, recruitment and HR systems administration.

Suitable applicants MUST be available to start early November (11th), experienced in recruitment and/or HR Administration, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to work with little supervision, have the ability to multi task and prioritise conflicting demands and, be able to use your own initiative, whilst remaining calm under pressure. You must have good attention to detail and strong IT skills and are beneficial.
