Senior HR Manager
A leading global Investment management business are looking to hire a Part time ( 3 days per week) stand-alone HR professional to lead their London operation. Working as part of a Global HR function this role will drive HR within the London and EMEA regions.
The role will be a strategic and operationally focused position and will technically be extremely broad. The role plays a crucial role in offering sound human capital advice and solutions to the senior leaders and the team on the ground, with a good knowledge of policies, processes and regulations.
Talent development is a high priority on the people agenda and the ability to come up with innovative ideas to attract and retain talent is important, especially in a competitive market like Europe. The role plays a consultative role will require delivery and execution of HR initiatives. This role acts as a main point of contact for both employees and managers in the organisation. The role requires close liaison with business leaders to deliver customised and forward-looking solutions, programmes and policies. The individual will act as the performance improvement driver to influence positive changes in the business environment.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of operating in a busy hands on/strategic HR business partnering role and be able to show excellent levels of commercial HR impact. Candidates will ideally be coming from a financial Services/Investment management background.
