Our client has an exceptional opportunity for a Global Reward Manager to work for a well-established global firm.  They are offering a competitive salary.

This role is a 12-month FTC and is required to partner predominantly with the business and stakeholders.  

Reporting to the Head of HR, Reward and Insights Manager will be a pillar for the HR team and take responsibility for MI, Reward both at country and international levels in a context of fast transformation. 

You will also play an active role in performance management preparation and will be involved in other generalist projects depending on business needs.

Skills and attributes for success 

  • Minimum of five years + managing and helping to develop the compensation and benefits framework
  • Ensure the client remains competitive in its ability to hire and retain the best talent
  • Drive complex pay and bonus processes in different countries, from initial role benchmarking to final recommendations to the Remuneration Committee. This includes reviewing market practices with specialist consultancies and embedding regulatory evolutions into our existing processes.
  • Play a key role in the transformation and harmonisation of the compensation
  • HR Insights - Management Information
  • Drive dashboards production and analysis in our different countries and entities.
  • Lead the creation and management of insights and reporting across HR (e.g. turnover, headcount, discipline and grievance, performance & talent management etc.) at international level
  • Follow-up regulatory evolutions assess business impacts and drive projects throughout our entities to reflect new constraints and best practices
  • Overseeing reward regulatory requirement across UK and Europe
  • Manage and deliver reward regulatory annual framework with Compliance teams across all locations. This includes Code Staff Identification, managing Deferred Compensation Scheme, support/ management of preparation
  • Long Term Incentives Schemes
  • Managing and administering the Deferred Compensation Scheme based on Annual Regulatory Review across Hub
  • Coordinating Annual client Performance shares process across Hub including vesting, grants and communication in cooperation with the Group
  • HR Projects
  • Working closely with HR Business partners, support and monitor performance processes.
  • Contribute to key HR project work by taking the lead on ad-hoc projects where appropriate while contributing to the regular review of existing HR policies for the maintenance of good employee practices.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • You are a practical operator with a strong commercial understanding who can balance
  • Experience within Reward, ideally within Financial Services
  • Demonstrate a strong background in Management Information.
  • Possess highly developed data and analytical skills coupled with strong Excel, VBA and power-point skills.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to building relationships and credibility with all levels of stakeholders across the business, including the most senior.
  • Experience of working in different business and be able to bring a fresh, entrepreneurial, yet practical approach to the role.
  • Self-starter, proactive and delivery focused, with a real can do attitude that is flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast paced environment.
  • Project management, budget management and spoken French are a strong plus.
