You will be a part of the process throughout including calling successful candidates with news, setting up interview packs for partners, giving candidates feedback, and collation of signed documents. Developing office management skills and IT skills will mean you're in a great place when it comes to professional development. You will be a part of the general office administration team, inputting information related to training, updating the website and making sure the turnover of office information is running smoothly.
What do you need to bring to the table? Analytical skills, robust Excel skills and the ability to manage data and run reports effectively. Being able to build healthy relationships in client services that will advance the reputation of the business as a professional place to do business. Being able to communicate, with people internally and externally, in a clear and robust way is at the heart of this role and should be at the centre of your skill set. You will also need to share the values of the business and championing diversity & inclusion are central to the way that the firm recruit talent.
