Interim HR Manager

Are you an immediately available and experienced HR Manager who has managed and developed a HR team within a fast paced, blue collar sector? If so, then we are keen to hear from you for an exciting 6 month interim role we are recruiting for our client in North Yorkshire.

We are looking for an tenacious and resilient HR Manager who has the experience and drive to lead a HR function and establish a strong culture of engagement across this fast paces site of 1000+ staff.

You will be well versed in supporting a team dealing with high volume ER issues amongst the full HR Generalist remit.

You will be skilled in developing and nurturing relationships with trade unions and have excellent stakeholder management skills.

Reporting into the site General Manager you will be highly commercial in your outlook and approach and have a proven track record of adding value to business operations.

This an exciting period of change for this site requiring a individual who is both passionate and results focused in order to get this site where they need to be over the coming months.
