A fantastic new HRBP position has arisen working for a global Investment Management organisation. In this role, you'll be working closely with the Head of HR & Business Management.
Your new role
In your new HRBP role, you'll provide a range of HR Business Partner support to teams within CPO which span Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. You'll be involved in Talent Reviews, Performance Management preparation, Compensation Reviews, managing a range of ER cases and Employee Engagement activities. Furthermore, you'll have oversight in Resourcing and Recruitment, Talent Planning and L&D initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HRBP role, you must have a strong track record working in an HR Advisory capacity, the ability to work with a diverse and challenging client group and build strong relationships. You'll have a wealth of experience managing varying complexity ER cases, supporting HR and L&D initiatives and talent/recruitment activities. Ideally, you'll have gained your experience working in Financial Services.
