Our client has an outstanding opportunity for an Compensation & Benefits Analyst to work for a leading global firm.

Reporting to the Head of HR, Reward and Insights Manager will be a pillar for the HR team and take responsibility for MI, Reward both at country and international levels in a context of fast transformation. 

 Skills and attributes for success:

 

* Supporting the successful delivery of the annual pay review process globally. Including the benchmarking, grade reviews of  roles, reporting and analysis, creation of communications to support both the process and individual messaging.

 *  Lead on the creation of HR Insights for compensation and benefits as well as supporting broader insights for the wider HR team.

 *  Drive simplification and efficiency in insight generation through the automation of insights

 * Support the delivery of HR benefits working with local benefit providers and the client group.

 * Support the HR team and wider employee base in addressing compensation and benefits questions

 * Assist the Compensation and Benefits manager in the delivery and reporting of long term incentive payments.

 * Working closely with the compliance team you will ensure that the reward processes and schemes meet the regulatory requirements

 *As a member of the wider HR team your role will support the provision of wider insights and data within learning and development, resourcing and business partnering.

 *Drive implementation and communication of new compensation tools to improve employee experience 

 To be successful in this role you must have:

* Experience within Reward, ideally within Financial Services

 *  Advanced user of Ms Excel at VBA level ideally with  good knowledge of Ms Access, OBIEE (Oracle) and Power Point

 * Highly numerate with excellent analytical and modelling skills

 * Displays sound commercial acumen; can understand the impact of compensation strategies and initiatives

 * Strong communicator (written and verbal); able to effectively communicate to key stakeholders and senior leaders

 * Able to build and manage strong relationships

 *Excellent attention to detail

 * Displays strong initiative and high standards. 

 * Can manage and prioritise multiple projects to tight deadlines

 * Ideally can demonstrate a good understanding of the regulatory environment affecting compensation

 * Able to commute and travel to other site in the UK, Belgium, Ireland, Belgium offices as necessary
