A multinational law firm based in The City are recruiting for a Diversity & Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead to join their London office. Reporting into the HR Director, this role will be responsible for the strategic development, service delivery and continuous improvement of the wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and benefits programmes for the London office. As the Diversity & Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and implementing policy and programme design to achieve incremental and transformational business impact across employee wellbeing, D&I and benefits

Working closely with the central D&I team to achieve long-term goals

Supporting the D&I and wellbeing internal networks and finding growth opportunities

Guiding and influencing the team to think critically and innovatively for their business areas for further wellbeing and D&I

Ensuring compliance and reporting in these areas is fulfilled in line with regulations and law

Working with business development and CSR teams on pitches and other business initiatives as needed

Staying up-to-date with current research and thinking in these areas. Maintaining a sophisticated, relevant base of knowledge

Networking with colleagues and providers externally to share information

Undertaking various related special projects as required

As Diversity & Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead, you will possess:

Strong academics, ideally to degree level

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Relevant experience within D&I and wellbeing
