A multinational law firm based in The City are recruiting for a Diversity & Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead to join their London office. Reporting into the HR Director, this role will be responsible for the strategic development, service delivery and continuous improvement of the wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and benefits programmes for the London office. As the Diversity & Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for:Identifying and implementing policy and programme design to achieve incremental and transformational business impact across employee wellbeing, D&I and benefitsWorking closely with the central D&I team to achieve long-term goalsSupporting the D&I and wellbeing internal networks and finding growth opportunitiesGuiding and influencing the team to think critically and innovatively for their business areas for further wellbeing and D&IEnsuring compliance and reporting in these areas is fulfilled in line with regulations and lawWorking with business development and CSR teams on pitches and other business initiatives as neededStaying up-to-date with current research and thinking in these areas. Maintaining a sophisticated, relevant base of knowledgeNetworking with colleagues and providers externally to share informationUndertaking various related special projects as requiredAs Diversity & Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead, you will possess:Strong academics, ideally to degree levelStrong communication skills both written and verbalRelevant experience within D&I and wellbeingIf this Diversity & Inclusion & Wellbeing Lead is of interest, please apply directly.
