HR Administrator

A fantastic HR Administrator role has just become available at a well-known global law firm. In this role, you will be providing full administrative support to the Human Resources Department in their London office. This role is generalist in nature and will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a variety of specialist HR functions. In the role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of administration and support tasks across Operations, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Recruitment (both in-house and graduate levels). More general day-to-day duties include tasks such as maintaining their HR system, preparing invoices, managing the telephone, assisting with month budget reviews, and ensuring the necessary confidentiality of all the firm's documentation. You will also have the opportunity to undertake training courses and contribute to all projects across the department. As the ideal candidate, you will have some prior HR experience within a professional services environment and will have strong interpersonal communication and time management skills. Additionally, being flexible, computer literate, and detail-oriented is important for success in this role. Having a CIPD qualification, or working towards one, is desirable.
