Your new role
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the administration surrounding a range of internal and external candidates. You will be responsible for the logistics and facilitating interviews, touring interviewees and providing them an insight into the company, monitoring and tracking the pre-employment process and ensuring that any offer documentation is completed accurately. You will also ensure that candidates are screened effectively, expenses are processed in a timely manner and general administrative tasks are carried out in an efficiently.
You will also have the opportunity to drive employee engagement and get involved in ensuring an inclusive and diverse workplace.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in coordination and managing candidates throughout a recruitment process. Exposure to managing complex ER cases and a demonstrable aptitude for pre-empting and mitigating high risk situations will be advantageous.
