Page Personnel are working with a well-established organisation based in York who are actively seeking a Reward Analyst to add value to their HR function. In a fast-paced and varied position, the Reward Analyst will oversee all activity relating to pay and reward across a variety of project and 'business as usual' activities. Successful candidates will ideally have had exposure to elements of Reward and be competent with analysing large data sets.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Reward Analyst positon based in York, roles and responsibilities are to include:

  • Continually analysing and interpreting Reward data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, simplification and innovation
  • Modelling pay recommendations, either as part of the annual Reward processes or for specific projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on business requirements and processes
  • Accountable for the implementation of the salary review and/or bonus processes, giving due consideration to operational and legislative requirements.
  • Adopting an inquisitive and exploratory approach to data analysis, to provide insightful data for different audiences

Profile

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience managing, using and analysing large data sets
  • Experience with salary benchmarking in a range of sectors
  • Solid understanding of Tax and NI regulations
  • Working knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) relating to employee data and of HR Practice, particularly within reward and benefits
