HR Business Partner

We are delighted to work with an expanding professional services organisation in Manchester to recruit an HR Business Partner, initially to undertake a 6 Month Contract.

You will operate as a true generalist providing both operational & strategic support, partnering with assigned business areas and stakeholders in order to provide commercial HR advice. You will coach support and develop your managers & stakeholders and support them through and business change or transformation such as restructuring, realignment, redundancies or reorganisation. You will working collaboratively across the business to ensure effective service delivery.

This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR Business Partner looking for an exciting contract involving change. In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate true HR Business Partnering experience gained within a medium to large sized matrix organisation. In order to deliver on objectives you will need to be confident, credible, have gravitas and work collaboratively. You build excellent stakeholder relationship based on trust and understanding.
