Description
The successful HR Officer will be responsible for:
*advising and guiding managers on low-level queries and resolving any issues
*data entry
*organising contractual changes as well as management of the employee lifecycle
*improving upon existing policies and procedures
Profile
The successful HR Officer will have:
*previous experience providing advice to managers and other members of staff
*worked with contracts and managed other changes in relation to the employee lifecycle
*the ability to use an HRIS to run reports
*be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent
