Job Details
An exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join a growing consultancy business on a temporary 6 month contract starting ASAP. As part of a small team, the HR Coordinator will report to the HR Business Partner and is integral to the overall end to end HR service.
The main duties and responsibilities of the HR coordinator are as follows:
• Support the ongoing HR processes of induction, training, development and assessment across the employee life cycle.
• Maintain the HRIS system.
• Support and monitor compliance with all HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date at all times.
• Effectively coordinate and support all recruitment activities including coordination and administration of full process.
• Produce high quality work to agreed timeframes, be fully aware of deadlines for own work and deliver against these and learn when how to effectively flag concerns or issues in delivery.
