Job Details
A major global learning platform based in North London is recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator. This vibrant organisation is going through an extremely rapid growth of revenues and this role will support the Head of People Operations in delivering a fast and efficient HR service to over 150 staff.
In the role, you will ensure the smooth running of the HR department and help to streamline processes and the main accountabilities will include:
*HR administrative tasks such as managing the new starter process, including offer letters and contracts; maintaining and updating the PeopleHR system, employee files, spreadsheets; drafting and issuing employment change letters
*Developing and analysing quarterly reports and operational metrics report, producing and updating reports with the Finance team
*During high volume recruitment, assisting with booking of interviews and liaising with candidates; other diary management as required
*Sending payroll instructions each month and liaise with payroll department; managing benefits administration
*Issuing sole trader & Ltd company contracts, tracking end dates; issuing extensions
*Conducting the HR induction for all new starters
The successful candidate:
*Must have at least 2 years' experience working on HR team/HR administration; experience working with PeopleHR preferred
*Must have a background in producing HR Metrics for reporting
*Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information for reporting
*Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
*Must display strong business and market knowledge and commercial awareness
