Job Details
A global law firm is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Specialist to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- Responsibility of the management and graduate recruitment strategy of 6 target universities
- Organisation of and attendance at campus events throughout the year
- Delivering presentations and skills workshops at both office and campus events
- Working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manager providing input into annual marketing campaign strategy
- Responsible for the delivery of the graduate recruitment diversity strategy
- Interviewing for both vacation programmes and trainee roles
- Delivering interview feedback
This person will:
- Have experience of entry-level recruitment ideally within a law firm, if not professional services
- Has seen at least 2 cycles of graduate recruitment in once firm
- Be a strong relationship builder and have evidence of this with UK universities
- Have flexibility of working hours
- Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent is essential
- Be passionate about diversity projects and ideally have experience of driving this forward
