Your new company
You will be joining a Management Consultancy Business in Central London. Their main focus is to help organisations realise positive change in terms of their performance and the quality of care that they provide.

Your new role
As HR Coordinator, you will support the business by coordinating all recruitment, induction and immigration processes. You will also provide client support, maintain and improve the HR reporting systems, tools and processes, provide ad hoc HR administrative support, provide accurate data as required and coach employees on attendance systems to ensure their time is logged accurately. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with project management and change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent administrative and organisational skills as well as a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills would also be extremely advantageous as you will be communicating with various areas of the business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admin systems is desirable.
