This role is a 9-12 month maternity cover for an HR Manager. Interesting role with a competitive salary.

Client Details

The client is based in the southside of Glasgow

Description

Key responsibilities include;

- lead and develop HR practices within the current employment law framework

- provide leadership to ensure that the equality, diversity and inclusion is embedded in all areas of the business

- maintain the performance management system

- provide HR support to the board, giving advice and guidence when needed

- liaise with the operational board on a regular basis

- lead on organisational change

- manage and develop the HR team ensuring best practice is delivered across all levels

Profile

The successful candidate will;

- have a proven record of working within a complex organisation

- be able to lead change projects

- demonstratable knowledge of practical application of employment legislation

- experience managing budgets

- sucessful record of establishing a positive performance culture that involves
