Head of HR
As part of the senior management team you will drive forward the HR agenda from an operational perspective, leading a team of 6 as the Head of HR in this London based charity.
As the Head of HR reporting into the Director of HR you will be a hands on leader and manager who is able to shape and develop HR processes and practices within one of the Sunday Times best Not for Profit companies to work for.
Managing a team of 6 you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the strategic objectives and targets as well as engaging your team to provide a first class service to the organisation.
Writing and refining policies and processes is essential as is taking the lead in complex ER cases.
This role will suit someone with a strong HR Generalist background who has a natural ability to lead a team and take them on a journey to create a first class HR function.

Your Skills and Experience
Solid experience within a senior level HR management role ideally within the third sector.
Educated to degree level or equivalent and CIPD qualified
Excellent ER knowledge coupled with TUPE knowledge as well.
Excellent stakeholder management skills at the Senior Leadership level
