An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional ER/HR Advisor to join a leading global blue collar organisation to be based out of their Northampton site but covering Midlands region.

The role in a nutshell is to support in the smooth operational running of the Employee Relations Service across the group; providing first-class Employee Relations advisory support ensuring a consistent and professional service is provided throughout the group at all times.

Reporting to the HR Business Partnering team, you will be responsible for full ER case management, acting as the first point of contact for business and union leaders and providing Line Managers with expert ER advice and guidance, ensuring the advice and support given is proactive, accurate and timely.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a commercial and forward thinking blue collar organisation; possess strong union negotiation capability and demonstrate the ability to operate in a sometimes ambiguous, reactive and ever-changing environment. This role will suit a proactive and highly credible ER/HR professional who has the confidence and ability to liaise at all levels and build quick and strong relationship with key stakeholders.
