Global Head of Payroll & Benefits £85,000 to £100,000 + Shares and package - City

A leading, dynamic and fast growing organisation seek and experienced Global Head of Payroll & Benefits to head up lead their offering globally.

Reporting into the Director of Reward you will responsible for the payroll globally through Governance and Strategic means (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), lead a team of payroll professionals and be the global lead on Benefits.

The role:

Payroll & Benefits

Lead the provision of strategic global payroll services to the company (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

Open new payrolls globally due to the company growth geographically and be the lead/subject matter expert

Ensure the provision of an effective, accurate and timely global payroll

Manage the procurement and implementation of a global payroll solution

Put in place frameworks and risk controls for global payroll short and long-term

Vendor management

Manage a small UK payroll team through leadership and development

Ensure compliance with all payroll legislation and company operating procedures as well as security of employee data

Lead and develop and enhancement of payroll processes to all employees and managers

Continuous review of all payroll systems and procedures globally

Lead TUPE and acquisition procedures

Lead and manage all payroll and benefits projects across the UK, EMEA, APAC and LATAM

Head up all benefits for the company globally

Lead a team on efficient and effective benefits administration and be the key contact for all benefits renewals, negotiations and roll-outs globally

Work alongside the Director of Reward on various projects such as: Salary benchmarking, Performance, LTIPS, SIPS, Recognition and Appreciation Schemes etc.

Core Skills

Must have a wealth of payroll and benefits experience globally

Worked in organisations where headcount has grown significantly in the UK and Global space

Open up new country payrolls and been the lead on these (start to finish)

Must have managed a team of payroll professionals and developed their skill sets

Must be interested in Reward projects and ownership

Strong communicator internal/external

Must be able to fight your corner and push back to Senior Stakeholders

Must be flexible and be able to embrace change in a dynamic manner

Strong time management skill set
