Job description:

Do you have GDS Sabre System experience? Would you like to work for one of the largest and most influential Travel Management companies in the world? Are you an experienced Training Coordinator looking to establish yourself within a lively and ambitious team? Our client is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join their established global company.

You will be required to identify staff training and development needs, planning organising appropriate training. You will oversee all the professional development at the company.


What you will be doing:
• Conduct organization-wide training assessments
• Choose appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
• Set training curriculum’s on a monthly and needed basis
• Training modules to include proactive Webinars and In-house training sessions
• Liaising with mangers and interviewing employees at all levels
• Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
• Deliver specific training to operations staff including; Sabre, fares and ticketing, Evolvi/Trainline, including upselling and ancillaries

What you need to have:
• Experience with various training methods, including on the job coaching, mentorship programmes and e-learning.
• GDS – Sabre Experience/Knowledge
• Experience with different projects, like management training and soft skills development.
• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
