The company has a vision of creating a world class learning function for a world class business, they are developing a set of transformational learning solutions which reflect their fast paced, high achieving environment.Do you want complete control/autonomy?They are looking for an experienced HRBP or people partner who has a background producing premium quality creating learning solutions that will wow stakeholders and learners alike. The project is to co-create a People Manager Education programme and philosophy that complements the work of the People Business Partnering team.The role is initially on a temp basis starting ASAP. What you will be doing? Design and deliver a relevant suite of People Manager education always-on learning solutions which supports the growth of our people managers and inspires them to learn Facilitating and delivery of learning events in line with the People Manager education strategy and business needs Scope, design and deliver team interventions using the relevant psychometric tools Design and deliver a suite of 'Knowledge Bites' to which enables busy people find the time to learn Deliver high quality, innovative and engaging digital development initiatives, in line with strategy Provide ad-hoc support, and consultation of overall career / professional / personal development for manager and leader population Work closely with and collaborate with People Business Partners at every touch point Undertake a comprehensive review of People Manager capability, working closely with the Head of People Business Partnering and COE's as part of broader Talent Management framework.What you need to be successful Successful track record as a People Business Partner for at least 3 years or more Experienced in the design and delivery of Leadership & Management Development solutions Digitally savvy with an understanding of Learning Technologies Some experience in applying the Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology would be useful TAP Diploma or similar in Design, Delivery and Evaluation would be usefulIf you feel that this role is for you, Then please apply now!!!
