L&D Consultant - Apprenticeship Levy Specialist

3-6 month Apprenticeship Levy Specialist role, for a Government organisation in London. £320-£365 per day.

Your new company
You will be working as an Apprenticeship Levy Specialist, for a Government organisation in London. The role will be recruited on a 3-6 month interim basis, paying £324 via PAYE or £366 via Umbrella, per day. The role is inside IR35 so Limited Companies cannot be used.
As the role will start ASAP, candidates must be available on 1 week notice or less.

Your new role
You will work with a team that hires and manages apprentices and graduates across the organisation. You will advise a team of around 15 people, on anything connected with the Apprenticeship levy, such as providing facts and views on legislation, analysing data on apprenticeships and the levy, advising managers on reports, bench marking internally and externally and designing processes around the levy.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates are required to be experienced in the Apprenticeship Levy, with a good understanding of levy legislation including draw down requirements. You must also be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Outlook to intermediate level, and be numerical and analytical in your approach.
