My client, a Travel business in West London are looking for a HRBP to join their collaborative team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Leadership Teams to deliver functional people plans that improve performance, as well as support in the delivery of the people plan that changes culture, raises leadership capability, identifies a pipeline for the future and maximises engagement.

Scope of role:

Provide advice, guidance, constructive challenge and support for business change and the implementation of people policies, lifecycle processes and procedures.

Act as a support to the People Team and Functional Leadership Teams

Proactively manage ER cases and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure work is prioritised and support is provided to colleagues and people managers.

Attend stages of ER processes where appropriate, providing practical advice and guidance to people managers regarding critical and complex decisions; empowering them to manage formal ER concerns including performance management, long term sickness, disciplinary and grievance.

Own support for employee lifecycle processes from end to end to ensure successful delivery and appropriate business outcomes

Lead for the function and deliver projects including recruitment campaigns, business changes and learning interventions.

Identify trends and areas for improvement, working with the business to devise plans to monitor, manage and leverage our management capability to ensure success and mitigate risk

Work collaboratively across the whole People function to make best use of resources, talent/capability and skills. Ensuring business requirements are clearly identified and scoped into areas of expertise plans. Ensure successful delivery of products and interventions developed by the areas of expertise into the business functions.

Using people metrics, identify opportunities for improvement across operations and review activities and projects post-delivery to determine return on investment.

Partner the management teams to ensure opportunities for operational efficiencies are optimised, and return on people investment activities are maximised in the short term
