One of LMA's client a Professional firm based in the City is looking for a HR Consultant to join the team. As HR Consultant you will be expected to provide commercially focused, practical HR solutions to clients. They have clients work within a variety of industries therefore to have previous experience within a genralist role across a broad range of sectors would be highly beneficial. This role is based in the City, however there will be occasional travel round central London on occasion.
As HR consultant your duties will be include but not be limited to:
- Supporting clients on and offsite with their day to day HR function
- Undertaking HR audits at client premises, assessing their HR risks and liabilities
- Reviewing and updating client documentation including policies, procedures and contracts
- Producing written communication that is compliant with employment legislation
The successful candidate is CIPD qualified.
