We're currently working with a prestigious national professional services firm based in London to find a Graduate Resourcing Advisor to join the Team. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment needs for several regional offices. Responsibilities will include:Manage end-to-end recruitment process for designated business areaWorking closely with the Graduate Coordinator to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to candidates and stakeholders and workloads are well managedEnsure fair and consistent hiring standards are held across the organization and decisions are challenged where requiredProactive candidate pipeline management throughout the seasonActively support the attraction strategy through partnering with marketing specialists to represent the brand at career fairs and skills sessions.Awareness and understanding of the organisations strategies and objectives.Educate your business areas on the recruitment process and fully understand the key drivers in the business areas you look afterSupport analysis of competitor activity and ensure the company aligns themselves to the marketOwnership of all data management in relation to your open roles and deliver a high level of candidate experienceWork closely with HR services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all trainees This role is a great opportunity to gain ownership experience within a fast-paced environment and suitable candidates will possess:Experience of managing high volume recruitmentSound knowledge and a clear passion for graduate recruitment and HR best practiceStrong process and pipeline managementCommercial awareness and response to business needsExcellent communication, presentation and well-developed relationship building skillsAttention to detail with strong time management and organizational skillsEducated to a degree level or equivalent, with previous relevant experience within professional services or similar corporate environments
