HR Administrator

I am supporting a fantastic and highly reputable organisation, in their search for an HR Administrator. This is a permanent role in Vauxhall, paying £25-28,000.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for a headcount of 100 members of staff. This will allow you to take a proactive approach to your work and become the first point of contact.

Working closely with the HR BP, you will gain more exposure to casework and HR projects - which is a great way to diversify your workload and add more variety to your role.

This is ultimately a true generalist role, allowing you to be involved with recruitment processes, learning & development, ER, HR system, and employee engagement.

The interview process will be two stages and this is a full-time role, so the hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.

I am looking to speak with HR professionals who have some experience in the field, but ultimately want to take this to the next level.
