We're currently working with a prestigious national professional services firm based in London to find a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will assist the Graduate Recruitment Advisor in all end-to-end recruitment processes within a specific business area. Responsibilities will include:Supporting your Advisor with end-to-end recruitment processes such as managing relationships with stakeholders and candidates, scheduling assessor training, planning/running assessment days, preparing materials, maintaining data and attending career eventsWorking closely with your Advisor to ensure responsive, high quality service is delivered to candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycleScreening candidate applications in line with the assessment criteria, managing the inbox and dealing with any candidate queries or questions regarding the processTrack and manage data on the system, being aware of company strategies and objectivesManage the recruitment of candidates for the summer school programmeSupporting with the organisation and facilitation of assessment centers, coordinating all logistics of candidatesProactively representing the companies brand during the whole recruitment process This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure and development within a global and fast-paced organisation and suitable candidates will possess:A passion for working within graduate recruitment - preferably with previous experience within the graduate recruitment spaceStrong communication and time management skills, able to prioritise and organise tasksSound relationship building skillsA good understanding of HR and recruitmentConfident in MS Office as well experience using applicant tracking systemsEducated to degree level or the equivalentExperience of working within the Professional Services or similar corporate environments
