I am currently partnering with one of the world's leading financial groups looking at recruiting an Assistant Vice President Performance Specialist based within their London office. As the Perform specialist you will manage the effective delivery of performance management practices for the securities international and Bank EMEA businesses.

Working as part of the Operational Development team as the Performance Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery and driving initiatives to support the delivery of Global performance framework across the entire business. It will be your responsibility to design and deliver all performance related training and design and implement all performance related processes.

To be successful within this role you will need to demonstrate performance/ Talent/ HR Generalist experience with a HR function showing previous experience using performance management systems (work day preferred) As you will be working closely with key stakeholders you will need to display excellent written and oral communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
