A full time permanent Recruitment & Training Advisor role. This position will require you to travel to various sites across London, with occasional travel to Southampton and Bristol when required.

60% recruitment 40% training

Description

Recruitment & Training Advisor responsibilities:

  • To support the recruitment and development of team members as part of the wider People team
  • Managing recruitment process from beginning to end
  • Assisting the operations team with the on-boarding process and providing induction training
  • To facilitate regular training workshops in various locations
  • Managing and developing recruitment processes, advise, coach and up skill recruiting managers on recruitment policies, tools, processes, interviewing skills
  • Exploring and organising talent events
  • Support the ongoing management and improvement of the induction and on-boarding programme
  • Support the apprenticeship programme through internal and external recruitment and on the job support as needed
  • To work closely with the Group Talent & Development Manager, developing and implementing a training strategy and training calendar to support the operations team
  • Deliver training workshops
  • Review existing training programmes to ensure that they are fit for purpose and equip our employees with the skills they need to succeed
  • Maintain e-learning platform, ensuring that all team members are fully compliant.

This role will comprise of 60% recruitment 40% training

Profile

Recruitment & Training Advisor requirements:

* Experience in a busy/fast paced HR environment
* Regional travel to meet business demand's
* Proven recruitment experience
* Strong coaching and relationship building skills
* Proven background within hospitality

Job Offer

A full time permanent Recruitment & Training Advisor position within the Hospitality & Leisure industry. The head office is located in South East London however you will be required to travel to meet the businesses needs.

The desired candidate must understand the hospitality / tourism industries and must have previous recruitment and training experience.
