Executive Leadership and Coaching Manager, Human Resources, London- 6 Month FTC and Full time.

Our client is looking for two Executive Coaching Manager's to join their team, one on a 6 Month maternity cover contract and one full-time.

They are based in the City and are looking for a well-organised HR professional, with an understanding of Leadership or Learning Development to join their team.

About the role:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Provide support to clients and Partner coaches.
  • Build strong relationships and effectively manage client projects.

What they are looking for:

  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Experience in Account Management.
  • Proven organisational experience and project management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a HR function.
  • Leadership or L&D experience desirable.
  • Strong IT capability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
